lk I was her accountant for 3 months. Her books were a mess. When I tried to confront her she was very resisant and had her ex husband call me to threaten me to try to keep me working for her. But she santa barbara, California

I was Ronnie's accountant for around three months.  We went from paper to quickbooks.  She was very resistant to questionable accountiing issues.  When I got her all up on QB's and told her I wanted to leave the company she had her ex-husband call me with her  and she was trying to threaten me into staying with her.  When I told her ex what i had uncovered he made her back off. 

I also observed her abusing her employees who had high hopes of getting into the movie or entertainment business.  She treated all of her employees badly. She had a big turnover because of her behavior even with the young and naive employees who had faith in her. 

A man I met long after he worked for her, told me a story about how he lived in one of her houses and basically was her "slave".  It was a horrible experience for him but he was naive at the time and didn't know how to say "NO".

She is a woman who needs serious counseling and I hope she realizes this some day (soon), otherwise she will never find peace and happiness.
