In July, 2015 we contacted Loan Compliance Advisory Group to represent us in a predatory lending suit.  Mr. Joseph Edmund presented himself as an attorney in this group and asked for a $2,900.00 retainer to be wired to the Wells Fargo bank located in San Francisco California.  For one year and 2 months he kept making promises that our suit was done and we were going to receive the paperwork.  Well, nothing happened, nothing received. He stopped communication with us on 8/24/2016. His phone number was disconnected and the "law firm" would not respond.  I have been working on getting a copy of our file and was informed by the Delaware Supreme Court clerk, Mr. Edmund is NOT an attorney. I knew at that time we were "ripped-off".

Do not fall for this scam. Work with your mortgage company yourself.  We are smarter but $2,900.00 poorer with no way out.

Joe's Home Address

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, August 06, 2017

For anyone who was taken by Joseph Bisogno, and would like to file a case against him, he can be served at the following address:

(((REDACTED)))

Tom's River, NJ 08753

The Better Business Bureau recently attached this address to their file, which already contained the address at:

2207 Concord Pike

Wilmington, DE 19803

I had kept Joe's home address in reserve, in order to keep from being excluded from litigation, but after the BBB updated their file, I did not see any reason to hold back further. This *is* Joe Bisogno, Sr.'s address, at which papers can be served. His wife, Linda, was listed on the incorporation paperwork, and presumably knows about LCAG's dishonest and fraudulent business practices as well. If some choose to go forward on their own legal actions, I did not want to hold them back further.

I have attached an old photo of Joe, Sr. in a tuxedo, which I found online, so that process servers can be sure they have the right Joe Bisogno. The site where the photo could be found has been taken down since I originally discovered it, indicating that the pressure I've applied thus far has had an effect. Further, Sandy and Linda have blocked me on Facebook, indicating that they are aware of what's going on. I have not yet confirmed Sandy's address, but she does live nearby. I have short list of addresses for Sandy, and a most likely candidate address, but choose not to post them, since she has presumably innocent family living with her. As both Joe, Sr. and Linda are both implicated, and the BBB has already outed them, I consider them fair game here.

Newer, family photos of Joe show that he has aged some since the attached photo. I did not post other photos to avoid implicating other family members who, to my knowledge, are not involved in LCAG. I have also attached a photo of Linda, taken from her Facebook page.

Best to all in your pursuit of justice. Apologies for any delay.

Class or Other Action

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, July 17, 2017

Sharon,

Thank you for your response. Per the attorney I've consulted, a class action suit may not be the best way to go. However, I believe his response about that was influenced by the present paucity of public complaints filed about him. LCAG did not sound a loud enough "ping" on the search service he uses professionally to warrant that kind of response. If there were enough complaints -- and I am not sure how many complaints would be required -- it's possible that opinion could change.

For now, it may be best if you file a report with the FTC and prepare your personal case by parsing through the details of your agreement with Joe and documenting just where, when, and how he failed to perform according to the terms of your agreement with him, as I have done. Keep your file for your personal attorney or for a group effort, when relevant.

I will post here with an update, when and if appropriate.

I would be happy to join your class action suit

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Monday, July 03, 2017

I have contacted all agenicies except the Federal Trade Commision. I will do so immediately. I will be more than happy to join a class action suit against this SOB and Loan Compliance Advisory Group. I know we can not be the only ones who were scammed. I am unsure how to bring these folks out in the open but I will keep trying.

Let me know what is the next step (as long as we don't have to put any money forward) $2,900.00 is painful enough.

Thanks Sharon, Newport, Kentucky

Report LCAG To The Federal Trade Commission

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, June 30, 2017

My story is painfully similar to yours. I suggest you file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and please keep reading.

Please see the first post about LCAG in this thread, originally submitted on November 22nd, 2011 and updated May 6th, 2015, for my full response and record of recent interaction with Joseph Bisogno. My full response to the first post has the same title as this abbreviated response to your post.

Your story is interesting for the fact that your experience with Joseph Bisogno -- or "Joseph Edmund," as the case may be -- began at roughly the same time as we were finding him -- Joseph Bisogno, that is -- more and more difficult to contact. I strongly suspect that Joseph Bisogno has used at least one alias, along with his real name.

I am soliciting attorneys now and would like to file a class action suit against Joseph and Sandy, et al. The more people who are on board, the more likely I am to obtain a successful result. While I cannot make any guarantees, of course, I am hopeful that we will be able to secure damages through legal channels. I would appreciate your assistance. A response to this post will help get that process started.

While I cannot rule out that Joseph and Sandy managed to attach their paperwork to motions which were otherwise legitimate, I have not yet found a case in which they provided the conclusive evidence necessary to renegotiate a mortgage or obtain a bond claim. I have found substantially more cases in which people describe an experience like ours. Given the sample discovered thus far, I would not be surprised to find that LCAG never produced "specialized leverage reports" as promised in their contract to me, which no doubt was used on other victims. LCAG was operational for close to 10 years, and may still be reeling in clients, so I am hopeful that enough victims can be tracked down to move this effort forward and make it attractive to an attorney or attorneys.

Thank you for your time, attention, and efforts!
