They are a fake company and I agree with everyone who is stating that they are.
they promise you help and they screw you. They charged me $2,500.00 and did nothing for me. They made me loose my home. They submitted my modification and then kept switching people everytime i called i never had one person handle my case. They give you a website to follow up on the case and when i did a whole month would go by and you would not see nothing in the website. When you call them they have no clue what you are talking about, they are chewing on your phone. You asked them if they recieved your fax and they would read it on the phone and try to determine what its about while you are on the phone and then say i don't know what this is let me go ask my boss. They would put me on hold for 15 minutes and then come back with no answer. They do not communicate at all what is going on if the bank is going to call you or what. They do nothing all they do is waste your time and steal your money. Someday they will get caught and i encourage everyone who has been ripped off to come on this website and post it. Some lawyer out there will look at this and take action and we can sue those bastards. I will be the first one to testify.
thanks for reading this. I now live in a small 2 bedroom apartment and have left my home afraid that they would come kick me out. i was a first time homebuyer and have 2 boys one has DOWN SYNDROME. Its not easy , what those bastards did to me they will pay someday GOD is looking down.
