This man is a major con man / scam artist that preys on people by charming them as a musician/singer and makes himself appear to be wealthy and generous but really is building up your trust to lure you into a fake business deal. He went to law school at William & Mary and knows how to protect himself in these bogus business deals and uses bogus promissory notes in exchange for your money and no such deal exists and then keeps all of the money for himself.
He often uses real estate of business in Ecuador as the theme of the deal. He is a very adept and serial liar!!! He has filed twice in US Federal Court for chapter 7 bankruptcy and has been litigated by victims many times in Arlington Co., Loudoun Co, and Fairfax Co. Virginia. He usually settle these cases and the victim recovers little to no money at all.
Please check both the Civil and District Court websites of these counties for the public records of him....you will be astonished. He has ripped off people for hundreds of thousands of dollars!!! Protect yourself and do not get taken and become another victim!!
