I had one of the worst experience ever. Yes, I haven't paid my first installment however I had to chose from being homeless to the car and I kinda like a warm place to sleep and at first they understood. Then they gave me a settlement which the day i was going to go in my grandmother passed away in work overnights and difficult for me to go in so Thursdays and Fridays are my days. I don't get paid until Fridays. Hence was going to come in yet I unexpectedly lost my grandmother and tried to get them to work with me to come in for the settlement this week and they said "better get your personal items out of your car" That is by far the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Now they won't even work with me what am I supposed to do things happened like a pile of bricks

I am not trying to use my grandmother for sympathy. Using it as a point. Yes, I did get myself in this position.

Very Sad

AUTHOR: Robert - (USA)

It is very sad that you are trying to use the death of your Grandmother to try and gain sympathy for the situation you caused BEFORE she passed away.

You missed your FIRST payment that was before she passed away.  You would not even have been in the situation of them taking the car had you made that payment.   Didn't your Grandmother teach you better than that?  Perhaps you should honor your Grandmother's memory in actually taking responsibility for your actions.

First Payment Default

AUTHOR: Jim - (USA)

Why didn't you go to a bank to get a loan? Oh, let me guess, you destroyed your credit by NOT paying other lenders. Let's move forward to this one. You're already late for the FIRST payment! I guess that's all their fault. Whether or not there was a death in the family, the payments still need to be made. That's what YOU agreed to do when you took out the loan. You're aren't dealing with customer service...they are BILL COLLECTORS which YOU brought upon yourself for NOT paying. No, I don't work for them.
