LOBEL FINANCIAL ripoff I beleive is making there money by sueing people and not by loans with interest ANAHEIM California

Lobel is making more money off sueing people than they do loans with interest.I had my vehicle reposessed when it was barley 30 days late.I tried to get the vehicle back but they kept making it difficult to get it back. Finally after the harrassing phone calls I just let it go back.

They sold it at auction but still have not mailed anything to me. I received a phone call at the end of October asking if I was going to pay the balance of what was owed after they sold the vehicle. I told Lobel that as soon as they mail me the breakdown of what they sold it for I can make arrangements.

I also gave them my current address. Here it is November and I still have not received any mail. I recently sent a certified letter asking them for the balance breakdown. Now I was just served papers saying they are sueing me for alot of money and that I defaulted the contract in May.

I did some investigating and I show 97 complaints on BBB.I also went on the San Bernardino county court house page and found over 150 lawsuits that they have sued people on the same thing as mine.

They have to be stopped!!!
