LOCAL RECORDS OFFICE AFTER NEW HOME PURCHASE SENDS DISGUISED MAIL INTENDED TO LOOK LIKE OFFICIAL/GOVERNMENT MAIL RELATED TO BUYING COPY OF DEED INDIANAPOLIS Indiana

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

The company calling themselves, LOCAL RECORDS OFFICE essentially sends new home owners a letter that is disguised to look official and tries to sell you a copy of your deed for $89.00.  The envelope and letter look official and urgent and there is a tear off at the bottom of the letter in order to trick you into paying the $89.00.  Total scam.
