Apparently many other people are experiencing the same problem as I. Once you purchase their product, you are hit with a barrage of "upsell" offers which, they indicate, you will need to purchase in order for you to get the benefit from their software. When you try to leave any of the upsell pages, it takes multiple, maddening attempts to leave the page. I have notified www.zendesk.com directly to complain, and to notify them. I have also emailed www.SWREG.org which processed the order.  This company is in apparent violation of the Federal Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), in that they seem to be systematically defrauding citizens of their money for a spurious product which is being offered in a fraudulent manner, and they are doing it nationwide. I have requested from SWREG the legal address and contact information for this company and these individuals. I intend to report this company to the FTC, the appropriate State Atorney(s) General, and the local office of the FBI. My purchase was not for a large amount of money-however, I believe that in the aggregate the amount of money is significant, and should easily put this behavior in the Federal felony category. If you have had a similar experience, I suggest you visit the web sites referred to in this report.
