Localnet. Com commercial claim I callled them and told them in may that I didnt need there service anylonger because my roommate and I decited to go into togeather and get charter because they offered faster dsl so I called them an Williamsville, New York

I was with localnet.com and they continued charging me for service as I had canceled them by phone. I wanted my 9.95  back for the month I wasnt going to use it but they said they dont give refunds. Then I told them I wont be using there service. I stopped it then. In the mean time my funds at the bank the number had changed because I recieved a new card. So then they wait 3 more months and sent me a letter. (Never did I recieve anything by way of my internet address as it is still (((REDACTED)))) I have never hid anything from them or ask them for nothing and payment fell on time every month. then they sent me a letter on

June 23, 2010 Commercial Claim Arising out of a Consumer Tranaction DEMAND LETTER Account #   588101 what they say I owe... $50.85 and I do not owe them a dime if anything they owe me $9.95 for the month I paid them in may and did not use the whole month..I used 3 days..

the way it is written in the bill It states from april 4, 2010 to june 7 2010  I owe 50.85 I wanted to send it to you but it wont copy and paste on this but would like to send you a copy of the bill as it is written. Dont know what all the 3.00 fees are which add up to to 27 dollars 9x at 3dollars and then a fee of 9.00 and then another fee of 29.89 and then another fee of 9.95 which the 9.95 is the only one that makes sence. I am not payhing them a dime. because I do not owe them anything. I have been with charter since march of 2010. I have that note too from charter , the day he came and hooked it up. Charter unhooked the service to hook up theres..I had no service with localnet since march of 2010. I am not paying them a dime. I have my own internet service thru charter and will never go back to them. This is the sole truth and I do have my room mate as a witness that we have belonged to charter since the end of march..THank you Leatrice M Allen
