After a failed attempts to cancel my auto renewing account I changed my credit card so that the auto renewal could not be performed for my web hosting account. I was a client for a couple of years and never decided to use my account so I elected to cancel it.

In defense of LogicWeb they did aquire the orginal company I signed up for hosting with in December which was Virtuosonetsolutions. I don't know the complete details of the company change. Some of the requests to cancel my account were made with Virtuosonetsolutions and some were made through LogicWeb. I would just like to make everyone aware of my item. The final emails I received did not seem to be very customer friendly in my opinion. I have enclosed the email threads below

My first email I sent after I started getting emails my credit card was not valid..

I had requested my account to be canceled back in January after trying to cancel it in November and Decemeber, which I received an email honoring the request details below. I have changed my credit card since you would not stop renewing my account. I am now recieving emails that you are trying to renew my account I am going to report you to a few agency's as a company that does not honor requests. This has been very frustrating and I better not see anything on my credit report.

I apologize for the error. However, no need for senseless threats.

We do not want your money nor are we playing games at all. There is something called human errors, you make them and we make them. No reason to threaten anyone with anything.

Thank you for the very customer friendly email that you sent to a long time user of your system. By no means was I threatening anything and I know we all make human mistakes. I really think a core business function is the ability to cancel an account after 3 requests. I also noticed you were so customer friendly to apologize and admit a human mistake but not offer to refund charges on my credit card. I just want to make sure that others are aware of difficulties I had with your organization since I did not feel that there was a valid attempt to resolve my problem in a customer friendly way. Maybe try being a little more sensitive when a user reports a problem and show a little more professionalism in your emails.

There response to my second email... Notice they now mention refunding my money from last month to a credit card that no longer is active, which I made them aware of.

All you want to do is argue. I did apologize for the mistake and you continue to argue without any sense of accepting the apology.

I did in fact process the refund for $9.95 as shown below. That is for the February invoice *mistakenly* billed to you

LogicWeb and VNS are entirely two companies. LogicWeb
bought out VNS and we made that very clear to you in December when the newsletter was sent out. That is also shown on the VNS original home page as well so I do not know why you continue your little lame accusations and insults about who is professional or not professional.
