logisticare liars who do nothing to help Internet

I have contacted this agency many times requesting proper transportation as a severe head neck cancer patient and they simply dont care who yo want to provide your transportation.  They will tell you over the phone every time that they willl take care of the problems. I have an imune deficiency due removal of my lymph node and have complaind to them many times that i can not be on a transport van filled with sick people coughing out airborn viruses.  And they simply reply we will document that in the computer files on our website,which they dont do!!  How do i know this because when i call them back later and  they send you the same van transport company insted of a car transport.  You can talk to them nicely myself like i have or you can get mad it makes absolutly no differance  they dont care period .
