LogMeIn what a ripoff and horrible customer support Internet

I had used this company for remote support for over eight years.  In the past six months or so the customer support and billing support have gone down the drain.  I've had multiple issues of them billing the wrong account, double billing me, sending refunds to the wrong account... and when I tried to cancel my account, they said I can't cancel it for a year because I had signed up for an annual contract.  Even though I have had multiple issues with billing for the past four or five months, requiring dozens of hours on the phone trying to get them sorted out, they said they cannot let me out of the contract.  I've paid them over $10,000 in monthly fees over the past 8+ years, but they said there is "nothing we can do" to let me out of the annual contract.  That is absolutely ridiculous!  Of course they CAN - they just don't want to.  In addition, this company is not available on weekends when you often need  support.  When you call for support everyone is in a meeting, it seems, and you have to wait for them to call back.  I have never been so angry with a company in my life.  I never write complaint letters about any company, but I am compelled  to now.  STAY AWAY!
