Dear RIPOFF REPORTER
I engaged the services of Logo Design Guarantee to design a logo for me. A major reason i chose them was because of advertisement on its website as a recipient of an award for good customer services and of course, guarantee to make a refund if i am not satisfied with the job.
After several attempts which led to poor work delivery i requested for a refund. The initial payment was made in Oct 2, 2012 and refund was requested for few days after. Despite several emails, the refund has not been made neither did i receive a single phone call received. A mail was sent to me in December 7 that the refund has been made whereas in the log shown below. I had thought may because wrong country was stated as USA instead of Nigeria and i informed them but despite the above i didn't hear a word from them. I would like to make an official report and possible sue them for wasting my time and frustrating me.
