He sent me an empty envelope from a ebay purchase but was so stupid that he insured it and didn't understand they weigh it.  What I purchased should have never been shipped the way it was in the first place and the material the package was made of was higher than what I was buying but you can count the weight of something that isn't in the package.

Thanks god USPS has this on their computer.  He sent me endless strings of email like a child gibering on and asking pointless questions when all the time he knew he never sent merchandise.

I just found out today after spending this past holliday upset and doing an investigation.

Everyone should have a jewelery scale if they are going to buy any kind of presious metels on the net.

It is very hard that anyone would go to the length to harass their victim when they insured a package and now can't collect insurance as he will be reported to the USPS for fraud if he dose.

My life has a good bio on this germ and I advise anyone to check it out and try to count all the names he has used.

It was never about the money, he kept pounding me with pathetic questions I know only know where just his was of having fun with someone he had even done business before with.  He keeps changing his name on Ebay too.

You can't look at past feedback after they change account name.

This is why I use Capitol One, PayPal and am not afraid of online buying due to their always getting to the bottom of what is going on.  I actually tried every thing i could think of that could have happened and he just called it accusing him.  This is how the germ works.  Like a cold that just gets worse and worse when the damage is allready done.

He could stil just send the merchandise and say it got droped but he wouldn't even ask the Post Office to look when how many people buy things and leave them on the counter.  It happens to the sharpest of us when we have our hands full of other paper and credit cards.  Would not contact police so I have to.  As if I am going to allow him to wear it since I tracked down where he lives.

I will probably fax the pawn shops too and you do not see these very often.
