Loiter Ink Taking money but not shipping, not answering phone or returning calls or emails Colorado Springs Internet

I placed an order for 3 t-shirts on this website. They charged my card, but never shipped the t-shirts. While the status of the order is listed as "shipped" when you look at the order after logging into my account, I was never actually emailed an order confirmation, a shipping confirmation, or tracking information.

I called multiple times and always got a voicemail box. They never returned my calls, nor did they answer any of the multiple emails I sent (from different addresses, in case one of my addresses was being blocked by a spam filter).

As you can see from this thread on the blogging section or THEIR site (http://www.loiterink.com/blog.php?alert=2&blog_id=74) there are a few people experiencing the exact same issue I am experiencing.

I contacted my credit card company and had the money reimbursed, so it's not a refund I need at this point. I'd just like to prevent this from happening to other people, and maybe even get an explanation.
