The worst car buying experience i have had. I find no fault with the salesperson.Everyone else involved is another matter. During the sale the Sales manager stated the even thoughi had my own financing Nissan required a credit application for Homeland security and the information would not be used to check credit   I took this this statement as fact.I checked my credit and found out that Lokey did a credit check days after the sale.This was Done without my permission. they were not the lender and therefore not required to do this under the patriot act.During the ensuing days I had to contact the finance man but was unable to as his voice mail was always full and he did not respond to a email.

I questioned why a credit check was run and was supposed to get a call back.Its good that im not holding m breath waiting.

 If you are not financing with Nissan.Do not fall into the trap of providing your social security number. If they insist have them show you documentation from the manufacturer that requires a credit application for Homeland security.


Then they have the gall to ask you to give them a 10 on the survey.

If one person complains there are probably hundreds that wont. So the dealer plays the percentages.
