PLEASE READ......VERY VERY IMPORTANT....  ITS' ABOUT YOUR SAFETY....

Purchased 2010 Kia-Soul in mid January 2012. Lomans' delivered the car to my home.  The very next morning while driving to work the gas and low tire indicator lights are on.  That's right, the car was delivered with no gas, and with 2 bad tires-didn't discover about bad tires until 1 weeks after the purchase.  That afternoon, I contacted Bobby the sales manager, and what a song and dance-every word was untrue.  I was told the car was delivered with a full tank of gas-that story changed when I presented him with the gas receipt, which showed the date and time and demanded reimbursement; his next remark was "Loman only provides $10.00 in gas.".  I live less than 8 miles from the Dealer and if the car required  filling up daily-I would return the car.  To keep this posting civil-Bobby, the lying sales manager, then took the cash out of his pocket to give to me.

8 days later, I was back at Loman's speaking to Bobby, the lying sales manager (he would not take or return my calls so I just walked in without an appointment)-the Low tire indicator-which Bobby stated had to do with the cold weather and the pressure of the sensors in the tire not reading properly) was due to bad traction and air leaking.  The front 2 tires were re-plugged so often that air in the tires were constantly leaking-this information was told to me by 2 different gas station employees that had put air in the tires at least 2-3 times.  I was also informed of the danger of driving with the tires, and that Loman Auto committed a violation in selling the car with bad tires-Dangering the lives of the public and my safety.

Bobby, the lying sales manager, then had his auto service technicians look over the car, and he informed me in a stop bothering me tone and manner "based on their findings, I must have either ran the car up on a curb and when parking bumped the tires against the curb."  Well, my job is not of an auto mechanic, but what an insult to me thinking I would believe that story . When I threatened to file suit, and informed Bobby that all transactions have been recorded, and selling any car with replugged tires that don't pass inspection, is a violation under the law-including a State and Federal law-Bobby's conversation changed.  He then attempted to make several deals asking me to pay from 75% to 25% of the cost for 2 new tires-(the replugs)-stating he could lose his job, that the actual sales person was already fired, and I should be reasonable.  Refusing to pay for anything, and after 4 hours of standing my grounds-the Auto Service dept. replaced the 2 replugged tires.  The Auto technicians then stated, that Bobby, the lying sales manager, had instructed the Auto Technicians to lie and the Technicians had advised Bobby before the car had rolled off the lot of the bad tires. The Auto Technicians apologized for having to give false information, and explained-all repair cost would be deducted from the sale team, if the car had a problem within 30 days from the date of purchase, hence Bobby's false stories.

4 months later, I took the car  to a KIA -Dealer for a complete look-over.  Yep, what I expected- fluids were never changed, bad shocks, worn breaks, broken sensors, and the 2 new replacement tires-were actually used tires and not new tires-and were worn down.  The back tires were no better either.   The KIA-Dealership printed out their findings and instructed me to take the information to Lomans'.

I reached out to Loman's Auto at least 10 times, attempting to reach the General Manager or Owner. Each time having to tell my story over and over, everyone apologizing, and promising me a callback within 24 hours, and that Loman would make it right. 24 months later and I am still waiting.

RUN from Loman's and their deceitful and unethical practices.   I have shelled out over $3,000.00 for tires, fluids, brake pads, shocks, and sensors.   This type of practice is a hazard and danger to all drivers.  How does an auto dealership knowingly sell unsafe cars? How does an auto dealership knowingly allow an unsafe car to be on the road endangering the public?    GREED AND UNETHICAL PRACTICES. It's should not matter what your credit status is.. no one deserves to be treated with such lack of human decency and safety.

I am sorry for such a long post, but I wish I would have found and read the other reports before going to Loman.  I hope this help others.
