London Honda ripoff Lied about work needed on our car. Horrible work endangered our lives. London Ontario

London Honda Hustled work out of us. Not only that the work they did was More then terrible. Bolts used on part of our suspension were inches too short and were only holding on by a couple threads. If we were to have hit a pothole or a bump hard enough our entire front suspension would have snapped. we didnt just get bad work we had out lives endangered.

They turned our rotors but they were warped anyways. We still need to get that work done. they did ALL of our suspension bushings at once. Every one of my currently trusted mechanics say taht they have NEVER had to do ALL 4 bushings at once. These guys did All 4.

Their service advisor claims we asked for our e-test to be done AFTER we got a saftey. but not only would we not do that. But he is their wervice ADVISOR. isnt he supposed to ADVISE us and not let people make stupid decisions ? But fact of the matter he put into the computer we asked for the e-test to be done afterwards when we DID NOT. we also didnt get a legitimate copy of the e-test which we had payed for.

They had apparently done a previous check up on the car from the previous owner with Westgate honda. Same city as us. They only mentioned a recomendation for the left cv boot. nothing else. We had gotten these papers with the car but we got the car with the dealership the day we Bought it. And Honda was telling us we needed ALL of this work and told us how UNSAFE our car was but almost all of it was lies to get our money. They did a tune up for no reason and a tune up had apparently been done about 6 months previously. I have been cheated and ripped off and its cost me nearly $3500.
