This review is entirely fabricated by whoever the author is.  I previously challenged this review and asked that the author identify himself or herself, but that was never done.  The author of this review apparently wrote this negative review at least several years ago, but I suspect this person has never been a client and thus the review is false and not supported by any actual facts.  I encourage anyone seeing this review to disregard it and to not make any decision based on it because it is completely false and obviously was made maliciously.  If the identity of this author is discovered, legal action will be taken.
