lone mountain truck leasing Cresco capital dishonest unloyal disrespectful tifton , Georgia

Where do I begin. I bought a truck From the tifton, ga site on 3-26-12. Today is 4-18-12. I have only driven the truck from tifton, ga to Birmingham, al where i reside.

Remember I bought the truck on 3-26-12. I didn't receive the necessary paperwork to get my tag and registration until 4-5-12. That's 8 whole days.

I go to the registration office on the 6th which is a Friday. Pay the fees and get my paperwork. Because of the long line I stand in I don't leave until after 6p.m. so I can't get my tag till Monday. I travel to the state capital on Monday and get the tag.

This is where it gets interesting again. On Tuesday the 10th, I go outside to take the truck to my new employer. THE TRUCK WON'T START. So i call down to tifton, ga where i bought it. The call is intercepted and rerouted to a account manager for Cresco capital. She is little to no help. So i call from my house phone, and again, the call us intercepted and given back to Cresco capital.

I end up having to call a tow truck. The batteries were so dead that they had to pull start the truck. We get it started for a fee of $95. I take the truck and get the batteries tested. All the batteries are completely dead. I've only driven the truck from tifton to Birmingham. That's 299 miles that's on the truck. Why are the batteries dead? I haven't even put my belongings in the truck. No lights were on. So why?

So the batteries end up costing me $384 plus $95 for the tow truck to jump me off. $479 total. I call the account manager and ask if i will be reimbursed. She replied that she would check into it. Days past and still no return phone call. In the meantime I'm getting other stuff done for the truck: insurance, authority, door signs.

On the supposed last night before I roll out I step outside to smoke a cigarette. I hear something. THE TRUCK IS RUNNING ON IT'S OWN... No key in the ignition. Just running. How long has this been going on? It takes several attempts to cut it off. I unhook everything on the truck until next morning, which is today the 4-18-12. I call the account manager and she says not only will I not be reimbursed for the batteries, but the new problem is my problem to fix on my own also.

This is a problem. It is not like I have ran coast to coast in this truck or been driving locally for months or even weeks. I HAVE DRIVEN THE TRUCK FROM TIFTON TO BIRMINGHAM. 299 MILES. I did all the necessary things they asked when I bought the truck. I got it d.o.t. inspected. I got it dyno tested. All came back ok. How does a truck have these problems and all problems were supposedly found and fixed by your staff?

Now I have to fix a truck that's road ready according to the lone mountain headline. But I can't get any help for something I obviously didn't cause. I don't know what kind of inspection those guys do but they missed the batteries and only God knows what else.

I HAVE ALL RECEIPTS, EMAILS, AND A COUPLE OF PHONE CONVERSATIONS FOR ANYONE THAT'S INTERESTED IN THE VALIDITY OF MY CLAIM. I have friends who wanted to buy trucks but have been turned off by the wrongdoing of this company and have decided to take their business elsewhere. I SUGGEST U DO THE SAME. I'm just hoping and PRAYING that the truck will last for few weeks until I can get paid and get my own 150 point inspection done on it and find out what truly is wrong with the truck.
