Lonestar Heating & Air Standard summer chk of ac unit, was working fine, then the Idiot touched it and shorted out the compressor burleson, Texas

Lonestar heating and air offers a ac unit chk up for 90 dollars, 2 times a year they will come out and chk ac unit. The unit we have is a 7 yr old Goodman, In great shape and was working fine, keeping the house at 74 degrees 24/7.

 This isnt the first time someone ripped off my father, In 2009 a company hit him for 600 dollars for a faulty switch and a pound of coolant. But thinking his ac unit needed to be chked - My 80 yr old father fell for this crap, the so called ac guy arrived and said the sh capacitor was bad, and that the unit was 2lbs low of coolant. The deal was the chk up gives one free pound of coolant and the sh capacitor was going to cost 186 dollars. When we said we could get a replacement capacitor for 68 dollars. In less than 15 minutes a great working ac unit went from working to totaly broken, Just when he happened to be here.???This is when I figured out that this guy was a scam artist.

The ac unit works great, but when the guy gets here he finds its just getting ready to break or just broke, so he can charge a huge dollar repair.

So when I told him to put the so called faulty capacitor back in and just get the unit working like it was before he touched it, the Compressor just went out  (he shorted it out now) and needs to be replace, to the tune of 1600 dollars.    

The repair guy slammed the unit back together  and left saying he would be back with ice to try to cool the compressor down. He never came back or called.
