Long And Foster, Agent and Company fradulently misrepresented us. Centreville Virginia

my wife and I were looking to sell our house back in 2006, however, that was when the market was slowly declining. we acquired the help of a Long and Foster real estate agent team. when we werent getting any bites on our house, our agent presented us with an agreement that said if he rented the house from us for a year then he would buy it from us, for about 100K more then we paid originially. so that pushed my wife and i to finally start looking for houses for us to buy, which we were hesitant to do because we couldnt sell our house.
well, 2007 rolled around and the agent couldnt purchase the house as originally agreed. we were frustrated and angry. we involved the corporate offices of long and foster but they just shrugged us off. The agent agreed to rent the house from us for another year and then buy it for a smaller price in 2008. well here is 2008 and he is backing out of even renting it from us for any longer.
although the original contract we had clearly puts long and foster in the way of responsiblity, we contacted the CEOs and all we got from them was "not our problem." no my wife and I stand to lose two houses and go into financial problems. Long and Foster has not tried anything to help us out. and after reading how well they are doing in the "foreclosure market." it makes me wonder if this is a tact that they use to get foreclosures so that they can sell and make up that 4 Billion dollar difference that they lost in their 2007 review. not to start up conspiracy theorists or anything, but its kind of a huge coincidence and now Long and Foster has an enormous head quarters building off of 28N in Chantilly, VA. the place looks like a castle.
