Long Beach Acceptance Corp The never ending car loan, Harrassment Orange California

When I bought my Ford Explorer I was excited that I was able to get financing after my bankruptcy. Not long after I started paying for my car, Long Beach Acceptance started calling and harassing me at work and at home when ever I was in my "grace" days.

Eventually due to circumstances beyond my control I fell one month behind in my payments. From the first of the month until I was able to bring in a payment (usually around the 15th of the month, I would receive 1-3 negative, inflammatory phone calls a day by various LBAC personnel. After three years of this and having a 19% interest rate on my auto loan. I am so upside down in my car's worth that I can never trade it in or sell it outright to get what I owe.

Today, after my second LBAC harassment call I decided that my credit can't get much worse, so I decided that they can have the darn car if they want it so bad. I am calling them in the morning to come get the d**n thing! They should be careful what they threaten, because they may just get their wish.
