Long Beach Accepptance Corp has rude staff, they harrass third party people if you are a few days late. Long Beach does not even give you the courtesy of a 10 day grace period. The attitudes of their management and staff absolutely stinks. I've been placed on hold for long periods of time, and have been threatened with repossession w/o warrant. Long Beach does not treat valued customers like a VALUED CUSTOMER. I have been with this company for three years financing my automobile and all my credit reports reflect that they've gotten all their payments on time. Disrespectful and rude attitudes are definitely not warranted or acceptable in this circumstance!
