Oh my goodness. I pulled this website from the search engine. I was actually looking for Long Beach's address. Here is my story: On or around February or end of Jan. (not sure) I purchased a van from RD Motors. I had only a purchase agreement that stated I had to make a payment on or before March 4, 2002. I sent my check in the required amount to RD Motors since I did not receive anything like a statement or account number. Chris, from RD motors left a voice mail statint that I was to pay Long Beach.

I called and left a message on the Long Beach's voice mail on or around March 6th and on the 8th. A Fred (who said he was manager) returned my call, he was very very rude and would not let me finish. I asked to speak to another employee. Her name was Stephanie. She stated that there was no "activity on my account." She started out very nice only to become rude and insist that I wire the money or give my routing bank account #. For some reason, I did not feel comfortable, so I declined asking for the address and my account #.

She stated that this was all my fault and that I should have known that RD Motors was a horrible car lot and that she had been a car sales person and they don't care about you just your money.

I stated that the car lot was a lot more nice than their company seemed to be. She said she did not give out the PO box #. The only reason she gave me the account # was that she gave me a wire transfer # and the account in which to credit. I then called Chris and RD Motors and told part of the story to her and then she stated she would call me back. This conversation with Stephanie at Long Beach lasted about fifteen minutes, I repeatedly stated that I could not stay on the phone, I was at work, she stated, I was rude and frustrated.

There is a difference between frustrated and angry and just disrespectful in which they were. I still do not have the address and have been threatened with they were going to take the car. Oh my God, here I am trying to make a payment and they are treating me as a criminal.

I might add this is my very first payment!!!! I would love to refinance with another company, which is what Stephanie suggested I do anyhow.......A very bewildered customer and utterly horrified in how they treat their customers. I am just sick that I have five more years of this abuse. I am terrified.

I don't want to be late, I just want to have a vehicle and work with the people that loaned me the money not the staff who has a notion to feel like they have this evil power over people.
