LONG ISLAND CYCLE & MARINE BAYSHORE NY FRAUD, SCAM, CORRUPT BUSINESS BAYSHORE New York

On January 17th I went in to LI CYCLE to sit down with Fred Rollo (General Manager/finance) to buy a bike that me and my boyfriend were looking at. I sit down and go over numbers for a 2006 CBR 1000 brand new. Well with chrome rims and a pipe kit the total I agreed to and signed was for $13,162.50. I was told that the monthly payments were gonna be $189.00 with an 8% interest rate. I though okay this is a good price considering my credit score is above 750. My boyfriend was able to take the bike out of the dealership right then and was told to bring the bike back on Monday the 21st of January to have the work done to the bike. Well I dropped the bike back on the 23rd of January due to the weather. After two weeks go by, I thought to myself this seems strange because I havent received anything from motor vehicle for the registration. Well as soon as I said that I get a honda card in the mail showing a $16421,25 that I owe. I flipped out. I went down to the dealership and of course no one was there. My boyfriend goes down there and demands copies of the paperwork on the bike. They give him a yellow piece of paper with the amount of $16421.25 with my signature on it. WHERE the hell did this come from???? I never signed anything with that amount on it. I call GE and they tell me that the dealership has to fix the amount but they already cashed the check. SO now I'm screwed. The dealership makes what I will call Fraud because I never agreed or signed anything with $16 grand on it. The only thing I can come up with is that when I was signing they had paperwork stuck together to grab the signature from the other paper. Well GE has now froze the account because of the amount of times I called them and asked how they do business with a corrupt place like this. I also have been in contact with NYS Dept of Motor Vehicles and they HAVE NOTHING on my bike. The VIN# is still registered to LONG ISLAND CYCLE. So now I have a $16,421.25 loan out in my name &NO BIKE. The place where the rims were getting dipped, I found out that LONG ISLAND CYCLE bounced a check to them. So my bike per Joe the saleman is hanging up in the service area. When I asked to see the bike no one had the keys to that area. Motor Vehicle is sending me out a Fraud form to send off to NYS in Albany. I am filling out an Attorney General complaint form tonight and I am going down to the dealership again tomorrow morning to give them one last chance to correct this. Plus NYS Motor Vehicle told me to ask where the original paperwork is. AT this point this whole situation has been nothing but fraudulent. I am so upset that this amount is outstanding in my name and I cannot get any answers from this company. I am hoping the NYS will step in and answer my complaint and investigate them financially with IRS. If they are stealing money from people how will their books look??
