Purchased a product LBATH 6502 on 04/02/2012. Longevity Global Inc never shipped the products but sent me an email thru Amazon they shipped and would arrive 04/11/2012. On 04/11/2012 nothing arrived contacted Longevity Global Inc and was told OUT OF STOCK pick something else. I paid additional $130.51 for another similar product. 04/17/2012 Again nothing arrived product never shipped was told OUT OF STOCK pick something else. 04/21/2012 Has it shipped??? No answer from Longevity or email returned. Products arrive perfectly packaged no flaws to the packaging. 06/06/2012 my building contractor sent me pictures of product defect on top of sink. 06/06/2012 contacted Logevity Global. No answer, called and spoke with Nadine (CS Rep) she said her manager, Simon Katz, said "not a good business decision" to correct the problem with his products. I had to contact Amazon to resolve. Will provide an update.

Bathroom sink vanity

This company mainly sells welding supplies and equipment. But they also were importing bathroom vanity sinks from China on the side out of their same warehouse. Longevity Global had an Amazon.com Store where they sold these bathroom vanities from China. I don't know anything about their customer service with their welding products. I can assure you it was a total nightmare dealing with them. Thank god Amazon.com is a respectable company that has always provided amazing customer service. They stepped in to rectify the situation when Longevity Global wouldn't. I had the defective top recoated professionally. Way to much hassle.

I have to disagree with you on this one. I have ordered three different machines from Longevity over the last few years (migweld 140, stickweld 140, and Tigweld 200SX). All three have worked great for me.
The customer service was great and the sales guy was poite and respectful. He even cut me a deal when I preordered the tigweld 200SX!! Couldn't really ask for more. Longevity has left me very satisfied.

I really have to disagree with what you said about Longevity. I have ordered three different machines from them over the years (migweld 140, stickweld 140, and the tigweld 200sx) and they have been great for me.
The cutsomer service was great and the sales guy was really knowledgable and respectful. They even cut me a deal when I preordered the tigweld 200sx. I would definitely give Longevity a second chance if I were you. I have had nothing but satisfaction with them.
