After verbally telling us our membership would be on hold until we requested to start again, we were billed for a year without using their services. They denied telling us that, and referred to their contract saying we needed written 30 days notice. We were billed $49 per month for a year without using their serices. They would not make an adjustment. Their own employees are at fault for not informing us correclty.
