This is to CAUTION people about their guarantee. It states: mailing or delivering notarized copy of this cancellation notice, to AutoHopper.com, P.O. Box 1671, Roanoke, VA, 24008, postmarked within 10 calendar days after the 90-Day guarantee date found on the front of your receipt.
Most people reading this would infer that they have until the 10th day for it to be received by Longwood Industries. Be careful, you need to wait until the day after the 90-day period and then have your notification postmarked. Not as I thought of having it postmarked before the 10th day would be fine. I only received one call in those 90 days. Dont' use this service.

How does THIS relate to Big Lots?

I have been shopping at Big Lots every week since the first store opened here and I have to admit I have never heard of Auto Hoppers.
?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
If they offer this, I will refrain from partaking in it.
Maybe our Big Lots stores are just different here than from what you all have.
I don't see how it would relate to our Big Lots Stores here but thanks for telling me about it.

As Director of Longwood Industries, Inc., I would like to note that we thought it was clear our refund window was not 100 days due to the fact that we actually have two refund windows the first ten days after the sale and the ten days after the 90-Day guarantee date. As it became apparent that some people were confused, steps were taken to eliminate that confusion by amending the terms to explicitly state that the second refund window is a 10 calendar day refund window.
It was never our intention to be sneaky, and we thank you for giving us this opportunity to post a rebuttal.
