you might not understand spanish, but the images will give you a pretty good idea.   He is in peru, South America; where is known under a fake identity and just got arrested one more time, the lady who you see in this video (his new victmin)  is his girlfriend, Sandra Tacza Zapata she is  a fitness competitor.  Because of her relationship with this criminal she is in the public eye. Even he is under probation some how he got in that country probably trying to ge get away from jail, but looks like he used  a girl to open a nutrition store but after she found out he was also having an afair with Sandra  Tacza Zapata, she decided to tell the justice everything he knows about this delinquent.  In this video the periodist explanined he got away. Police is looking for him and warning  people how agressive and dangerous is this guy.

  As a former employee of Lon/Lonnie/Lorenzo, (which ever name he is going by @ this time) Barclay, I have some very interesting facts to share with you all who are reading about this con-artist for the 1st time. And for our current readers.

  When this idiot came into our gym of small town Dawsonville to "help" keep it open from the original owner spending all the profits, he came with a whole lot of empty promises. He promised, new bulbs in the tanning beds, tv's put in the cardio deck, better equiptment, better and more fitness classes, and more. Of coarse none of this happened. The only thing he did change was he added soap and paper towel dispensers. As for the rest....new bulbs, ha ha ha Never happened. Tv's ??? Nope! The equiptment? What a joke, old old used crap that was "in his storage unit" All dirty, had rust, didnt match, smelled and was not kept up, at all! The cables were old and did not pull properly. The stupid idiot tried to show off and do a tricep pull down on one of the single cables with all the weight and it snapped!! To bad it didnt hit him. Well as for the fitness classes, he ran off the instructor and all the good ones by lying to Les Mills. So they pulled the classes of coarse. Once they googled him, Les Mills was not going to do business with him at all. A letter was forwarded to him regarding that. Also he lost the BodyPlex name. The original owner/franchise Clev would also not do business with him. He is well aware of this idiot. He has known him for more than 20 yrs.

  Hey idiot??, Remember going into bars and walking in with ur (not so big) chest sticking out and going up to woman and saying......."Hi, my name is Lonnie, wanna come outside and see my Lamborghini? What a joke, you are still a moron!!!!

  After about 2 weeks I knew something wasnt right, so I googled him. WOW! You all have seen it. This guy was planning on doing to our gym what he has done to two other gyms, Main Event Fitness and another BodyPlex. He is a Cash Cow. He comes into a gym to "Save it" from going under and his plan is to be there for 1 - 3 months and suck as much money out of the members as possible. Like charging for childcare, raising rates of the members who have already paid in full and charging "Maintence fees" Then he splits in the middle of the night. But not this time. He did not have enough money to do that. He had about 5 mexican workers come up on Tuesday April 5th and they moved out the equiptment. Im surprised he didnt steal everything that was in there. He probably would have if the had the balls to even come back up. Didnt, huh Lonnie?? Scared?? You piece of s**t!! I do know that he had payed two guys to steal two of the air cond. units outback. He told the police he was "having them serviced" what a joke! Now he's saying they were stolen from his house. More lies. Im sure they will be installed into his new Energy Fitness location in Buckhead.

  This is the kind of person who likes to put other people down to make himself look good. You can not believe anything that comes out of his lying mouth!!!!! Im surprised he hasnt sold his kids to make a profit. So anyway, after learning what he was up to, we employes started to "fix" members accounts so he couldnt get any more money from them. Chasing members out the door, yelling and cussing at them is no way to treat the people of Dawsonville!! We had enough. You should ease up on those steriods Lonnie. They dont make you look bigger, just more stupid!!!!! If thats possible. To all you people who have not had the pleasure of meeting this idiot. Run away, fast! Do not do any business with this lying crook. He is a thief. He has his own personal computer system for the billing of the drafts each month. So when he goes and were ever he goes so does your billing information. He will draft your account!! He hit the members of Dawsonville on the 1st when he knew he was going to be gone and mark my words he is going to hit the ones on the 15th of April. So if you are a member with a draft on the 15th, you better change your account information fast.

That's funny, because when Lonnie (AKA Ceylon Lorenzo Barclay II) took over Bodyplex, he told me he was a real estate broker that had the gym given to him. I have NEVER been involved with a gym. He said the equipment was repo'ed and he had to go out and buy new(USED) equipment. WHAT A GUY!!!!!!!!!! What did he tell you guys when your equipment disappeared? I guess you have your gym back(until he moves it to Buckhead and fills them full of it). I will follow up on him where ever he goes and try to let everyone know what a liar he is, until it catches up with him. Where is his other victims? Where are you Lonnie boy, I know you read this because you have replied in the past. Guess you have NO REBUTTAL!!!!

I CANT BELIEVE THIS GUY STILL FREE; HE KEEPS GETTING AWAY FROM ALL HIS CRAP.  WE ALL KNOW THE KIND OF SHEET HE IS,  EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS GUY IS A LIE,  WE HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING WORLD FITNESS (MAIN EVENT), BECAUSE OF THE EQUIPMENT, BUT AS SOON HE TOOKED OVER  BODYFLEX HE MOVED OUR MACHINES THERE, WITH OUT EVEN CARE THE INCONVENIENCE FOR HIS CLIENTS, WE ALL KNOW HE WENT TO JAIL SO MANY TIMES, HE IS ON PROBATION,  WE ALL KNOW HE IS GOING TO CLOSE WORLD FITNESS TOO AND HI IS GOING TO OPEN ENERGY FITNESS IN BUCKHEAD TO DO EXACTLY THE SAME.  HOW IS THAT POSIBLE??  I READ HE DOES THE SAME IN HIS OTHER BUSINEES REAL STATE , THERE ARE SO MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT HIM, I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW HE HAS A REAL STATE LICENCE.  ALL HIS EMPLOYEES SAY TERRIBLE THINKS ABOUT HIM,  ONE OF THEM THE SKINNY SAYS HE WANTED TO SEXUALY ABUSE HER BUT SHE NEEDS THE JOB??  HE ALWAYS HIRED ILLEGALS SO HE CANT GET AWAY AND DONT PAY THEM,  WE ALL HAVE TO HEAR ALL THE VULGAR COMMENTS HE SAYS ABOUT HIS EMPLOYEES HE THINKS WE CARE ABOUT THE BRAZILIAN GIRL FATTY a*s,   AS SOON HE DOES NOT NEED HER ANYMORE HE IS GOING TO CALL INMIGRATION ON HER THAT IS WHAT HE DID WITH ALL THE MEXICANS THAT WORKED FOR HIM BEFORE.  I HAVENT SEEN HIS GIRLFRIEND IN A WHILE...  I HEARD SHE LEFT HIM!!  GOOD FOR HER,  SHE LOOKS LIKE A NICE GIRL I CANT IMAGINE HOW WAS HER LIFE WITH THAT MAN.  WE ALL NEED TO DO SOMETHING, I KNOW  A PERSON WHO WORKS FOR THE GOVERMENT, WE CAN REPORT ALL HIS SCAMS,  IF WE ALL CALL; THIS PERSON  CAN PROBABLY PUT HIM IN JAIL AGAIN, SO CALL ROB ATKINSON 404.656.3789  LET HIM KNOW EVERYTHING YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS DELINQUENT.

 Lonnie killed his second gym on April 5,2010 (Bodyplex/Energy Fitness in Dawsonville). I spoke with an employee of the gym who stated that Lonnie was gone, but he stole the air cond units before leaving. The next day, moving trucks hauled away the equipment. Unlike Main Event Fitness, we did not get any note, contact from Lonnie, NOTHING. Just like the Steve Miller Band song, Lonnie TOOK THE MONEY AND RUN!!!!  He upped charges on member's contracts(many of them prepaid) and left us with nothing. How does he get away with this; not once, but twice. After researching him online, I think he is associated with World Fitness in Smyrna,Ga( I remember seeing cards in our old gym with this business name on it their number is 770-980-1275. I called it earlier and the girl said Lonnie was not in but he is the manager there or something. She sounded clueless because she probably has no clue what a scam artist she is working for. I also read online that he has leased the old 3 Dollar Cafe building in Buckhead. I saw a pic of it with his blue Energy Fitness signs on it. I believe he used our gym to scam money from, to start this new gym.

Man I miss the old MEF so bad this guy just (destroyed) MEF and yes there is true that was my second home I still there for a while but in latest September I'm out.

I so tire of Lonnie I had a big fight with this guy one time he came and stated that the new gym will be better and all that I came in the second day it was open very disappointed very angry when you pay 35.00 every month and see a sign saying NO CONTRACT 15.99 it just pissed me off bathroom had a big HOLE in the ground place was filthy open construction glue container on the floor I told him I should not pay for this he laugh and said you think you should be paying 50.00 that's when I snap well then next day came back to terminate my contract he act like nothing happened we were best buddies I just look at him and left .

Also he raised all the energy drinks I used to drink speed stack it was 1.75 he's price 2.89 this is insane you cant just jump to a dollar or higher also I had a long talk to the guy that was trying to be nice to him nice enough that let him bough his truck for 1 days to (move he's motorcycle) the guy moved the hole gym in his truck and then broke this man truck called and told him come pick up your broke truck from my parking lot as well got 2 tickets from running the traffic light on windy hill and Cobb pkwy " ridiculous"

ONE THING I KNOW FOR SURE THE NEW GYM ' OLD CRAP PLACE WILL NOT LAST MORE THAN 5 MONTHS

Everything you have posted is 100 percent dead on. Lonnie Barclay is living a life that is crumbling down around him. I left the gym as well. It is no wonder why there is only 5 people there at peak hours. Of course Lonnie would tell you that's his goal...a gym that is "less crowded". No Lonnie....a busy resturant is a good sign, a busy grocery store is a good sign...that means customers prefer to use there product and service. Empty gyms, equal no money, which equal eviction, which equal a crappy new location half done.

You cant keep this going forever. I hope your BS catches up to you soon. If you are a contractor working with him, I hope you get cash in advance. He is a bum.
