Loot Fetch A service site that gives you no service Internet

This site claims to procure items for you in the game "World of Warcraft". I ordered a few items from them. Their site says the time frame for recieving the items is 24 to 72 hours. When 72 hours came and went I emailed them(only way they have to communicate with them). I recieved a canned response that they had some computer problems and that they were a 100% corrected. I wait another 72 hours. recieve nothing. I email-no response. I emailed every other day for about a week and a half. I never get a response back this whole time. I had a few days before 30 days were up from my time of purchase, so I went to my credit card company and had the charges reversed(thank God). I dont know if I was a fluke, but I doubt it. I gave them many, many chances to get a hold of me.

I would think twice about using this company. If you really feel the need I would strongly suggest only ordering one item first, so when you do get screwed you are not out too much money. These type of companys are usually chinese. I went with this one because they were located in California. An American company. Its a real shame the only American company in this field ends up being a big turd.
