I had a procedure done at Lord Clinic. I had issues with them. My stitches came apart on the right side. I called him and he said just apply pressure. I ended up with a scar that was highly visible compared to the left side of my head. Also, he charged me SALES TAX on the medical procedure. That is illegal. I will be reporting him to the BBB as soon as possible. Also when I went to his office to ask him about this, he said "I don't keep receipts from that long ago" It is less than 5 years. I will be looking into whether that is against the law as well. He must keep records for a certain period. I will be taking my receipt in for a refund and I'll keep you posted.
