Lorex security 3 days of trying to reach a sales manager, cut off and hung up time after time. Based in canada offices  Nationwide

 I ordered a 4 camera security system, less than a year later the dvr recorder was stolen. I asked for a replacement, they sent me a "upgraded" dvr. All I needed was a receiving antenna!! After speaking to and being passed from technical advise to service and back to sales Several times their only solution to my $25 antenna needed. Buy a 4 camera system for $750 with another drv just to get the antenna!!!! They never let me even talk to a sales manager so I could explain my situation. "we don't break kits". So now I have 4 useless cameras mounted to my home and A monitor with no sane solution from them. I told them I was robbed and it was very important to get my security system working Again. They said call back tomorrow. I did only to be cut short of a sales manager by the technical support crew. Thanks alot lorex your actions of fact speak volumes about your Business ethics and integrity.
