I have been sending emails to Ripoff Report since May to please remove these lies that have been written about my Character. (This is not about a business or someone getting ripped off (Scam). Ripoff Report keeps telling me to send it to rebuttal or then I don't get a response so then I send it again and still I hear nothing. These reports have been written by my ex-husband. He has written these lying stories and he has also made up the lies and wrote rebuttals by pretending he was me in most of these reports making me sound ridiculous. These are not reflecting of any businesses or any scams. These are directing personal bullying, defammation and harassment towards my character because he despises me. He has just about ruined my reputation in which I have had to change my name. I still have to show these past names for jobs, background checks etc. so I still cannot get out from living this daily nightmare. I am asking that you PLEASE remove these reports of vicious personal attacks on my character and the cyberstalking / cyberbullying that he has caused me with his continuous defamming harassment.

FOR YEARS MY NAMES HAVE BEEN TARGETED AND LIES HAVE BEEN MADE UP. I HAVE HAD TO LEGALLY CHANGE MY NAME IN COURT AND STILL IM BEING HARRASSED FROM THESE PAST BULLYS because of this posting!

For years I have had to put up with these people, ex-husband and supposed other persons writing vicious lies and putting information about my character out on the internet which is not true. They have gone as so far as to put my two married names on the internet. They have been harassing me, cyberstalking, cyberbullying and posting revenge information about me. No matter where I go or what I did people found this information for years which is absolutely not true and has no merit to it. I HAVE NEVER BEEN ARRESTED, I HAVE NEVER COMMITTED A FELONY OR HAVE ANY CRIMINAL RECORD OF ANY KIND.  I myself have been the victim of money been stolen and scammed from me. Please, go ahead and check my background and you will agree that I have no criminal record. I am being personally executed by being called a PERSON WHO COMMITTED FRAUD, SCHIZOPHRENIC, DRUG ADDICT, ARSONIST, SCAM ARTIST, SUICIDAL, FELON, INSURANCE FRAUDSTER, LIAR, etc. I am the one who is being tormented here after being pursued by these internet predators who have stolen and maimed me because they could not get anything more from me once I stopped their opportunistic victimization of me. This is what they did to me. Some people even tried to send me fake emails saying that I had said things about them in which I did not. I HAVE HAD TO GO SO FAR AS TO THE COURT SYSTEM AND FILE FROM A JUDGE TO CHANGE MY NAME. But it still doesn't stop this past information from showing up and ruining job opportunities amongst other life events that I would like to be involved in. I am asking that your professional company please remove my NAMES and this MALICIOUS INFORMATION from your site so I can at least have a life. This information wasn't put out there because of a bad business or of that nature.

This is personal and just harassing and defamming about my character. That information under #360237 is cyberbullying and cyberstalking which was placed out there years ago.

You have already rebuttled #1065591. It is illegal by that person and I thank you for it.

It seems Lori A Dunmire - Lori A Fleming, or what ever name she is now using to post her notes and rants is very confused. She now proves online that she is Posting as Julian, read her last postings, she admits who she really is via a post of her "soon to be ex husband" posting. As you can read she is lost and confused. Being addicted to drugs will do that to your mind!

In the next few days, I will post the information I have received back from the State of Florida Insurance Fraud office located in Tampa. The Lead investigators name, the file number, the tag and date of the case opening, and the ongoing information only I would know due to I have now been interviewed 4 times in this case. Wellcare has not settled this case, nor are they going to, it's all fraud. Lori will soon be reviewed, and an arrest warrent will be issued from Tampa, Florida for her arrest. Lori can write all she wants in here, she can post under different names to cover herself, but the evidence proves she is a fraud.

One another note, the lead insurance fraud investigator did state that he was contacted by the Senior Deputy Fire Marshall in Allagany County, Pa. This is the city of Pittsburg,Pa. They have now re-opened a Arson Case against Lori A Dunmire and Daniel Finny. They are sharing files. The Deputy Fire Marshall is flying down to Tampa to interview me on Monday on what I know about Lori. He will also interview my son, as he was told the same things as I was during my rooming with Lori. They do have enough on her now to arrest her for Pugery, Distroying Evidence, Conspiracy, Aiding and Abetting. When this warrent is issued, I was told they will arrest her in Greensboro, North Carolina where she is now living and hold then transport her back to Pittsburg to answer the charges.

I also found out that she has lied in another case against her husband. Something about abuse that probly never happened. I met her husband, he is different, but I don't think he would abuse anyone. I tried to contact him about this, but I could not find a current number for him that worked.

All I really have to say is that "Richard" is so angry at me because he was evicted from my Greensboro NC apartment for ASSAULTING me and I have a 50B (protection from abuse from him.)

I refused to continue to pay all the bills and to have him continue to live off of me.

He ASSAULTED me for me resisting his control so he was ARRESTED on 7/27/08.

I had finally found out that the businesses he had run under such names as Design Ads, Baylife Designs, Ocean Marine, Carolyn Sky Designs, etc., etc., and etc. were used to talk people into buying websites, taking their money, cashing the checks the same day at the clients banks so the client couldn't stop payment on their check, and then he would not produce the product.

I was recently called by a detective who is pursuing him for "FRAUD" and many more charges against him as soon as she gets all the evidence from all her witnesses. I can tell you that most of the witnesses have come forward such as: Bobbi, Matt, Peter, Mike, Sassy, Eve, Rob, Pat, etc.

What this man wrote about me is just another one of his RETALIATING, and vindictive set of lies to try and get back at me for standing up for myself. He also likes to intimidate people.

I'm not worried, because anyone that knows me knows that I'm a very caring and giving person.

My advice to anyone who comes across this person is to hang up the phone and DO NOT let him come to your business or bully you into signing a contract and paying him any money. If he promises you a website, let him have his designer build the website first and then if it is up to your expectations then you go from there.
