I DO NOT LIVE AT MS LOURENCOS HOME NOR AM I EMPLOYED AS YOU SO TRIED TO INSIST I WAS.  YOU WERE CONTACTED BY SAN BERNARDO COUNTY THE SHERRIF TELLING YOU TO RETURN AND GET YOUR SUMMONS  BECAUSE I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS SUIT AND THEY WERE NOT PROPERLY GIVEN TO THE PARTY INVOLVED! YOU CAN NOT GIVE THEM TO JUST ANYONE THAT IS A FACT!

I ALSO CONTACTED A LAWYER WHOM ALSO SAID THAT YOU CAN NOT GIVE COURT PAPERS TO PARTY THAT IS NOT INVOLVED IN A LAW SUIT EVEN IF THEY WORK OR A FRIEND OR WHAT EVER

 I EVEN SHOWED YOU MY DRIVERS LIC SHOWING CLEARLY SHOWING  THAT I LIVE IN ANOTHER CITY IN RIVERSIDE CALIFORNIA  
YES I WAS HERE I DROVE UP FROM RIVERSIDE TO FEED HER HORSES WHILE SHE WAS AWAY  MS LORENCO WAS NOT HERE AT THE TIME AND I TOLD YOU THIS 

 YOU TOSSED PAPERS AT ME AND SAID I WAS SERVED  NO, I WAS NOT, NOR WAS SHE  PROPERLY AND SHE HAS EVERY SINGLE VOICEMAIL YOU AND YOUR HUSBAND LEFT THREATENING HER 

AND THE VOICE MAIL CLEARLY STATING FOR HER TO BRING BACK THE HORSE TO THE APPOINTED PLACE WHICH SHE DID!

THERE IS NO OTHER SCAM ECPT THE ONE YOU WERE RUNNING  AND DID RUN ON HER.

Unfortunately, the rebuttal above is false.  I, too, have ALL of the email documentation, sales contract, etc.  And in addition, I have a judge's verdict that Lorna is guilty of everything listed in my complaint.  A court of law has investigated my paperwork and deemed it accurate. 

The guilty should pay, and make amends.  Unfortunately I have since learned that this is not the first time a scam has been perpetrated.  It saddens me that individuals like this can get away with these behaviors but I will do my best to ensure that justice is eventually served.

First lets get all the facts out on the plate.

1 Lorna was informed of a AD on a internet message board proclaiming  free Horse!
the add was stating the horse was a  EX-race horse that couldnt make it so jenny wanted it to go toa good home
a free grey thoroughbred filly when she went to pick it up she was then informed of some bogus
charges she was in a shocked state of mind and agreed to pay these charges
 she did so in fact sign the contract as she was receiving the money from her ex husband at that time
she then feel in to hard times with her divorce and ex husband not paying his court appointed alimony
she then contacted ms jenny  and jenny was offered 1200  western saddle as a partial trade for the monies owed jenny said that would be fine 
all off a sudden jenny got "strange" she wanted Lorna to take her the saddle to some unknown friend in wright wood California lorna said" no i would rather you pick it up so i know it goes to you and we can write out some type of receipt so i KNOW you have the saddle" ms machann refused this then started to " stalk" lorna on line and harass her by phone calling over and over many time a day
lorna offered to bring the horse back as she was unable to pay for the horse
jenny  refused this saying " I CANT AFFORD TWO HORSES ANY YOU WOULD HAVE TO PAY  THE BOARD ON THIS HORSE ! so NO! 
she then proceeded to have Lorna served with  court papers and was UNsucsessful as Lorna was not home so she attempted to serve them to a friend whom drove up from mira loma every day to  the ranch and feeding her horses for lorna while she was away mchann tossed them over the fence and said " YOU HAVE TO GIVE THOSE TO LORNA YOU HAVE BEEN SERVED! " the person said NO i DO NOT LIVE HERE I DO NOT WORK HERE I AM FEEDING FOR LORNA WHILES SHE IS NOT HOME and returned the papers  they said NO YOU LIVE HERE AND WORK HERE SO I CAN GIVE THEM TO YOU! which is not true  they then tossed the papers again out side of the fence and drove off IMEDITLY  the friend called the Lorna got ms macanns number and called the sheriff  of san Bernardino county and asked if they could do that and does he have to give the papers to lorna they informed them that they could not do that as the friend was not being sued nor knew anything of the suit in question, however  if the friend was named in the suit as he was not, the sherriff said if the friend was named in the suit then yes he had to give the papers to lorna,  they called miss machann and her process server and informed them they needed come back and pick up the papers and serve then correctly to the party intended  as the party they tried to serve WAS not involed in the law suit they told the officer "NO I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS 20 YEARS! I CAN GIVE THEM TO ANYONE I WANT TO HE LIVES THERE" the officer said no mame that is not correct he does not live at that residence nor is he a employee as you state " the officer told them that is not correct 
the friend that the papers were tossed at also called a lawyer to confirm what the officer had told them just to make sure he wouldn't get in any type of trouble if he didnt give the papers to Lorna the lawyer said they did not have to do anything with them they could leave them rot outside of the gate as HE WAS NOT BEING SUED NOR HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE SUIT HE WAS JUST THERE FEEDING HORSES AS LORNA WAS NOT HOME TO DO IT  mis Macann then proceeded to go on every social net work lorna had and harnessed her friends and family saying lorna owes me moneY! and i need to find her she e-mailed her friends and family including me  she also contectd animal control saying the horse was being starved and mis treated as they saw it was not numourse threating phone calles saying they would harm her and bury her financially and to just bring the horse back to and the matter would be dropped  to the agreed board facility  in Huntington beach

2 Lorna then hired some one to bring this horse to the boarding stable as lorna had no means to return the horse to the stable 60 miles away
they made sure the stable had water and food they then called miss macann and told them the horse was returned as per there instructions and place
they started screaming at the party that returned the horse saying NO NO NO and im calling the cops and every other place to get her placed in jail  for abandonment


Lorna has every e-mail saved and all phone messages saved from this lady
