I went to Lorrie Caballero's Delijah Salon and Boutique in Lubbock, Texas to get my hair lightened because she is supposed to be this wonderful and talented hair stylist and I was feeling great that The Lorrie Caballero was the one attending to me and not some assistant. A few minutes after she put the foils in my hair, they started getting really hot, and I had had my hair lightened before so I knew it wasn't normal. I told her that they were getting hot. She touched them and said it's normal and walked off. A few minutes later my head felt like it was burning and I called her over and the foils were too hot for her or her assistant to even touch, so they dragged me over to the sink and had to wet the foil before they could touch it and remove it, along with chunks of my hair and I was made to pay the full price for the service!
