Los algodones pharmacy Dr. Noe Zamudio Escarcega Internet fraud, pharmacy fraud, claims to be a doctor, rips off Americans Algodones Mexico, Internet

On 2/21/13 I called The los Algodones Pharmacy to order some high blood pressure medication. They gave me a price and directed me where to send a check. I wanted to pay with a credit card (in case I was defrauded) but they demanded a check. This should have been a red flag but I am a trusting person.

A month went by and no medications came in the mail.

I called the pharmacy in late March and was told by "Marita" to call back and ask for "Ellen" the next day. 

The next day I called back. The woman asked me to wait a minute and then hung up on me! Subsequent calls went directly to voicemail. 

I called numerous times over the next few days and never got a human to answer the phone. I left messages and no one returned my calls. 

I also emailed but got no response. 

I next phoned (the supposed) doctor Noe Zamudio who has his office at the pharmacy and claims to own controlling stock in the pharmacy. He said he would help me and promised to call me back later that day or the following day. He did not return my calls. Surprise surprise. 

I called his cell phone number listed on the website  (928) 246-2771 and he hung up on me as soon as I told him that I was trying to either get the medication or get a refund. 

Numerous phone calls and emails now go unanswered. 

It is obvious that this "pharmacy" and this "doctor" (I use those two terms VERY loosely) are engaded in internet fraud. Since they are in Mexico and I sent them a check (which they cashed on (3/10/13), I'm screwed.

I am posting this rip off report to warn others of this business and this doctor who will scam you too if you give them a chance.
