City of Los Angeles, State of California, LAPD, to be sued for $1,000,000,000,000 said retained attorney Jose Baez.

The 29-year-old man, (Scott Brian Cooper) whose identity was withheld, needed stitches after Jay Bernstein allegedly struck him in the head Monday at the producer's home, police Officer Guillermo Campos said Tuesday.

The man was treated at a hospital and released, Campos said. Bernstein was booked for investigation of assault with a deadly weapon and released on $20,000 bail.
