My husband signed up for trial of 10 days to received newspaper we had trouble of deliver. At the end of the trial we got a call to continue which I decline. We never got the paper after that but we got billed. We called
and they said there is nothing they can do about it. We should have called when we were not receiving the paper. We try to tell then, that we never subscribe so how can we let them know we were not getting the paper.
Now they claim that they never called at the end of the trial. So what they are saying is, when you sign for trial you need to call to cancel at the end of the trial. This was never told to us, and why did we get a call asking if we would like to continue with our subscription. We keep getting billed and call from a collection agency. My advice is do not signed up for trials or specials.
