Never order from lotionsource.com or you will lose your money, never get your items or receive defective products. I ordered products last year from Lotionsource.com; sent the products back and they never replaced and kept my money. I had to call the BBB, only to learn they had over 150 complaints, which has grown to more than that.
I went online today looking for tanning lotion for an upcoming trip and I see that Lotion Source is still scamming people, although the BBB said the company should not be in business. How can this company have 170 complaints, Better Business Bureau Complaint and make people go after them to get a refund and still be doing business? I had to file a fraud complaint with my bank in order to get my money back. Then I go on some blogging site of theirs, Lotion source reviews to see all of these happy customers leaving reviews yet no one can leave comments? So lotion source is really creating their own comments and leaving them to fool the public.
I'm still mad because if this was a traditional store you find in the mall they would be closed, but they get away with this because they on internet. Just look at reseller ratings where I left my comment last year, http://www.resellerratings.com/store/Lotion_Source and you can see multiple complaints.

Lotion Source ships most orders the same or next day. This customer from a year ago who has not contacted us directly or left any identifying information so we can discuss this order said that he did receive his order but for some reason sent it back so he does say that he received his order quickly and also that he received a refund from his bank. We do have a 15 day return policy if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason so long as the products are returned unused. We also answer all customer questions and concerns quickly if at all possible as our customers are very important to us. Please feel free to call or email us at anytime and we will respond quickly. We work hard to make sure that all customers are more than happy with their purchases and we are sorry that in this case it didn't work out to the customer's satisfaction.
