Dr. Raul Gomez - Grupo Bilbao Security Co. S.A Euromillones lottery primitiva s.a ripoff Madrid Spain

I am from Malaysia. I received a letter from Euromillones lottery primitiva s.a , dated 22 march 2007. I have ask my daugther to called Dr Raul Gomez,the agent. He said Congratulations " You have won the lottery" and he ask " when are u coming to spain to collect the money " .

When i ask him how did i won the lottery he refuse to answer, and when i ask him again that i have a payment processing form he told me that i can do this by myself just fax the informations to headoffice Madrid, Spain .I stil not sure and not very happy after talking to Dr.Raul Gomez.

I called the headoffice, a lady answered and she was very rude and she refuse to speak to me. After speaking to all of them, i check in the internet about this latter and i found out it is a spam!
