Lotto Ticket purchases via internet have become multi million dollar scams.  Two names lead the pack - Lotto Kings and Win Trillions.  In reality they are both the same entity, based in China.  When you buy  tickets, for $15.00, expect to be billed at least $16.50 to $18.00 - possibly as many as 4 or 5 times, each from a different named company, from a single location in China. When one complains about charges,  you can expect to  be contacted by the "FINANCE MANAGER", who actually represents both entities. Altho he uses the same name,Diego Hernandez, probably not real =-  for both entities, when you reply, it will be the end of your contact with them if they  have your money.,
