Victoria Freeman contacted me and said she found an individual to loan me $26000 to expand my business. I had to have a co-signer or pay an insurance premium of $1456.00 up front to the lender in Canada before they would release the loan.

I sent the funds to the person in Canada via Moneygram and called Victoria back with the reference number and amount. Victoria said the funds would be direct deposited into my account by the close of Friday 6-17-05. No funds arrived by Monday afternoon so I called her and she said they had a computer glitch and the funds could either be direct deposited or overnighted to me so I told her to overnight it. No funds have showed up.
