Lou Petrossi convicted felon Case 1:16-cr-00234-BMC Document 256 Filed 05/02/17
The defendant, Lou F. Petrossi, a resident of Reno Nevada was found guily of Securities Fraud and various charges by a jury. He solicited shares for Search Initatives and various other companies. I have include the court case so there can be no abiguity of what has occured.
Petrossi promoted stock for Search Initatives and was paid a commission for his sales.
Petrossi was found guilty of using materially false statements and misleading remarks in closing sales.

Lou Petrossi, Convicted Felon back into court again (from Pacer.gov Case 1:16-cr-00234-BMC). A Grand Jury Trial has been set for Sept 5th, 2017 indictment for Securities Fraud, Investment Advisor Fraud and Wire Fraud (Case 1:17-cr-00192-CCC US District Court for Middle district of Pennsylvania)
Companies Involved: Search Initiatives, Inc.; Grom Social Inc. ("Grom"); RPOST INT. ("RPOST"); GSV Venures 1LLC; and GSV Ventures 111LLC.
Dr Ralph Williams, CFO - Search Initiatives Co-authored "Private Equity Road to riches" Aug 1, 2013 with Petrossi.
Curiously, Petrossi's original sentencing for the first NY Conviction has beeen delayed to Sept 18th, 2017 After his Sept 5th, 2017 Grand Jury Trial. Hmmm----wonder why? Case 1:16-cr-00234-BMC
