Louis Littman uses his position in a prestigious investment firm in New York called Centrebridge Partners to deliver insider information and contact numbers to his father in Miami. His father Eric Littman (a lawyer in the state of Florida) uses this information and shares it with a group of scammers led by him. They then use this information to gather up investors and sell them valueless stocks for enormous sums of money and then pretend like they lost money in that investment as well. They then avoid the law at all cost by throwing the ball at each other and not giving out any information about anything. They make the people they have scammed lose time and money on lawyers until they give up.


Eric Littman has been found guilty several times by the SEC for pump-and-dump schemes and selling unregistered stocks violating the registration and anti-fraud provisions of the federal securities laws. Yet he is still out there looking to hunt down his next victim with his son and partner in crime Louis Littman.
