First thing I will do is post a link to the Federal Govvt alert about this Louis Character forging the inspection stamps on his beef jerky.

If you go there and read it you will get a real good idea about what kind of scam this guy is. What is even funnier is he claims himslef to be a "Public FIgure" in Facebook! Has to be the funniest thing I have ever heard. But it too goes to prove just how much of a scam artist this guy is. He has opened a store in Glendale Arizona but he is from New Mexico so go figure. From what I understand he has already ripped off a couple businesses in his local area and I am sure that is just the tip of the iceburg.

The fact this loser risks the health of those who purchase his jerky, by forging the FDA inspection stamp and claiming he had his food inspected properly but in reality he had nothing inspected at all , should go a long way in describing what kind of character this moron is.  I am filing this report so possibly I can save all the people this guy is looking to rip off and/or make sick with his low grade food. If the product was everything he claims it is then why would he need to forge the inspection? This guy is a full blown scam artist and should be avoided at all costs.

He goes by multiple names between Louis and Louie Santana and sometimes he adds another name on the end I think it is Lopez. Run don't walk if this guy is front of you!
