louver shop has the worst quality shutters on the market i have been inn this industry for years and have never seen such a lack in quality control things that you would thing a inteligent person would catch before sending products to a customer.. do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this company not to mention there prices are the highest in the nation.... the lead timme is shorter then most and yes they can deliver faster but trust me the wait is worth it after they have to remake something guess what you end up waiting longer

My name is Ron, and I've worked the Houston market since 1999, as a Louver Shop representative. I'm here to defend the Louver Shop of Houston, from this slanderous blind sided attack, that was more than likely left by a nameless disgruntled former sales rep. A sales rep that did not carry out the high standards set by the Louver Shop ownership, and the Louver Shop of Houston. I have never had a customer that was unhappy, with me or my product, upon completion of a job. The Louver Shop always goes above and beyond, to make our customers happy, for a happy customer is your best form of advertising. Aprroximately 60% of our sales, comes from repeat customers or referrals! If you want a company that will take care of you from start to finish, with shutters made in the USA, delivered in 3 weeks or less, the Louver Shop of Houston is in fact your company!

The Louver Shop has stood behind it's product since 1972, and has been a market leader in window coverings for the past 3 years in the Southwest and Eastern United States. I own the company and have the guts to put my name to my postings and my product. I don't shy away from any problems that we have. The sign of a good company isn't only when they do a good job for the customer, but it is how they perform when there are problems in the field. We will not stop working on a problem until the customer is satisfied. Our goal is to make sure the customer gets the best possible service with the best possible product - Made in the USA. Beware of nameless postings, and products brought in from China.
