Did I read the information about these people correctly? Oh Boy what I have to look forward to. But also, did I read correctly that I should never talk to a collection agency, even when I owe the debt? Doesn't that constitute more trouble for me? I mean what will continue to happen if I just ignore the collector? I do not work..and do not really own any assets..are they going to just sue me? They do not even have my correct address and phone to make contact...well they skip trace...but they do not know for sure they have the right person. What are my rights? Is it true that once I wait out my statue of limitation there isn't much they can do? I need help dealing with these people...I have endured some finanacial hardships and I have nothing left! Thanks julie
