love of labels boutique Played me for my money saint louis missouri

On January 23,2015 I order my daughter a dress off line from love of labels boutique.  The

dress was $60.00 plus $12.00 for shipping Total $72.00. I was also told that my order will be

mailed out within 7-14 Business.

Today is March 29, 2015 and I have yet to receive my order or my full refund.  I reach out to

them via e/mail many times. Once I was told that my order wasn't in stock and they had

other dress that could be mailed out.

I simply explained to them that I wanted the dress that I ordered.  That was the dress my

daughter picked out for her 8th grade gradutions pictures. On 2/18/2015 I rec'd an e/mail

stating that my order was coming. Still today I haven't rec'd my order or full refund that

I requested.

I've been e/mailing them, and now since I requested my full refund no one is responding.
