It should be noted that when dealing with any business (Especially online businesses) you should look over their return policy. Also, you should look into the laws that govern the sell of pets in the state that they are selling, some states have stricter laws that breeders/pet stores have to follow than others.

There is the return policy of that business. Parvo is an easily contractible disease, especially for puppies or certain dog breeds. The germination period for parvo is, last I checked, around 14 days, which means the dog would have contracted the disease long before you received it (If it's only been a few days).

You didn't say if you followed the return policy rules, if you had the dog treated and it died (or it survived)...They clearly state that they are not responsible for any vet fines.

In fact, after reading that, and doing a bit of research on breeders in that area, I would have avoided them. Reputible breeders tend to demand that they meet with you and will not ship their puppies by air...They may meet you half way accross the state, but they won't give up their puppies without knowing where those pups are going.
